Refund policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us serve all clients efficiently, please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover allocated staff and scheduling costs.

  • If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property due to incorrect information or lack of entry, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

  • Refunds are only issued when Cleaning Kings is unable to deliver the booked service or if a legitimate service issue is verified.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
