We understand that plans can change. To help us serve all clients efficiently, please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover allocated staff and scheduling costs.

If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property due to incorrect information or lack of entry, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

Refunds are only issued when Cleaning Kings is unable to deliver the booked service or if a legitimate service issue is verified.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
