Shipping policy

Cleaning Kings provides home and commercial cleaning services throughout the UK. All services are rendered at the customer’s chosen address and according to the agreed time and scope of work.

Please ensure that:

• You or an authorised individual is available to provide property access.

• The work area is safe and free from hazards before service begins.

• All pets are secured for the safety of both the client and our staff.

If our cleaners are unable to access the property or the location is unsafe, the booking may be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Our team strives to arrive on time, but please allow a 15–30 minute window to account for traffic or unforeseen delays.
